Common questions
Do your automations work in Arabic?
Yes. Claude reads and writes Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf dialects, and we build every customer-facing message, document and form in both languages.
Where is our data stored?
We can self-host n8n on servers in your country or region, and we design flows to follow local data-protection laws such as Saudi PDPL and Bahrain PDPL. Sensitive data is only sent to AI models when you approve it.
Claude, n8n or Zapier: which do we need?
Zapier and Make suit quick connections between cloud apps. n8n suits larger volumes, self-hosting and complex logic. Claude adds the reading, writing and judgement steps. Most projects combine them, and we recommend the cheapest setup that does the job.
What does it cost?
After the free assessment you get a fixed quote per workflow. Tool subscriptions are billed to you directly by each provider, so you always see the running cost.
Can you connect to our existing systems?
Usually, yes: Odoo, Zoho, SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, WhatsApp Business, and most systems with an API or email access.
